Most childcare pricing is not one price. It is a price, plus a supply fee, plus a lunch program, plus a holiday charge, plus whatever the field trip costs. Parents find this out in month two, on an invoice.
Our tuition is one simple, all-inclusive weekly rate: $325 per week, or $350 per week for infants. Here is precisely what it covers, what it does not, and every other charge that exists.

Left: a real lunch, cooked on site. Right: seasonal celebrations, included in the rate.
Families provide their child’s personal care items, including diapers, wipes, and, for infants, formula or breast milk and baby food. You’ll receive the full list at enrollment.
| Charge | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly tuition: toddlers & preschool | $325 | Per child, per week, all-inclusive |
| Weekly tuition: infants | $350 | Per child, per week, all-inclusive. Infants are children under 12 months, or under 18 months and not yet walking. |
| Registration | $120 | Annual |
| Waitlist deposit | $50 | Per child. Non-refundable. Credited toward your registration fee once you enroll. |
Outside of early drop-off and late pickup fees (before 7:00am or after 5:30pm), that is the complete list. There is no supply fee, no activity fee, no party fee and no curriculum fee — and we are not going to invent one later.
Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. You are reserving a specific spot in a room we deliberately keep small, so tuition is due for sick days, holidays, closure weeks, and temporary closures, including weather and other emergencies.
We would rather you read that here than discover it in February. It is the least popular paragraph on this page and one of the most important — a program that stays staffed and paid through a bad week is a program that is still there the week after.
$325 per week, per child ($350 for infants). We are not the cheapest option in Columbia County and we are not trying to be — smaller groups mean fewer families supporting the same teachers and the same building, and that shows up in the price.
We publish the number rather than holding it for the tour because a family who is not comfortable with it should not have to spend an afternoon here to find that out. If we ever change it, you will hear it from us with notice, not from an invoice.
Ask every program the same questions, then compare. If another program genuinely fits your family better, we would rather help you see that than enroll a family who isn’t sure.
Thirty minutes, no pressure. We’ll show you the room, walk you through a real day, and answer the hard questions. You decide afterward whether to hold a spot.
Tours run at our current in-home program, where you can see the space and ask what the rate is in person.
