These terms apply to your use of the Acorn & Oak Childcare LLC (“Acorn & Oak,” “we,” “us”) website, forms, text messages and emails. By using them, you agree to these terms.
About our website
Our website shares general information about our program, tuition and enrollment. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as rates, hours and availability may change. Enrollment itself is governed by our enrollment agreement and parent handbook, which take priority over anything on this website.
Tours and the waitlist
- Requesting a tour does not reserve a spot.
- Your family’s place on our waitlist is confirmed once we receive your signed waitlist agreement and a $50 waitlist deposit for each child.
- The waitlist deposit is non-refundable. It is credited toward your registration fee when you accept an enrollment offer.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Waitlist families receive first priority when a spot opens.
Text messaging terms
- Program: If you opt in on our forms, Acorn & Oak Childcare LLC will text you about your childcare inquiry, tour or waitlist request. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional updates and offers.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: Reply HELP, call (832) 998-2103 or email perla@acornoakchildcare.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrolling or of any purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Deposits and invoices are paid through a secure third-party payment processor. By paying, you agree to that processor’s terms as well.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and other content on this website belong to Acorn & Oak Childcare LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other sites, such as Georgia DECAL. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Acorn & Oak is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
